I've been looking for some down to earth explanation of TRUSTWORTHY permissions concerning CLR assemblies. When should it be ON and when OFF when deploying one?
I looked in BOL, but there is several pages related to it and am not even sure which one to 'attack' first.

I would start here: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/database/SQLCLRIntegrationSecurity.aspx
