I'm not able to open Clipper application (app is 15 years old) because i'm getting :
error dbfntx/1012 corruption detected
Anyway to fix corrupted dbf besides restore from last backup?
Please advise.

Oh Man, I haven't touched the clipper for ages. What kind of OS have you got?
If it is Win7 please check first config.nt and try to add files=200
and in autoexec.nt SET CLIPPER=F120

The solution is:
1. Open database to main screen
2. Copy the database but only one record (just pick a not recent record number at random; include "all", I usually name this database "FixMMDD" ((month Day))
3. Open original database to mainscreen and append the FIXMMDD.dbf
4. Use third party software if that method wasn't effective Recovery Toolbox for DBF https://dbf.recoverytoolbox.com/[/url]
5. You’re done.
