Hello all,
Do I need to purchase any licence for installing only the client tools to company workstations? I guess I don't but I have not read all the licencing terms...
Thanks a lot.

No.

How about if you are running a per CAL license on the server and not a per Processor license? You would need a CAL for every workstation accessing the SQL Server.

Okafor,
That's a different question.
Bottom line, you need to license SQL Server for the number of clients accessing the SQL Server instance. BUT, you don't need licenses for the client tools (Enterprise Manager, Query Analyzer, etc).
