Clean up history log

    Hi all,

    I have a maintenance plan in sql server 2005 that at the end does a clean up of old history log files. But the logs aren't deleted.

    My log files are not in the default location but I don't seem to be able to set the path to the log files. I guess that's the reason they are not deleted.

    Does anyone know how I can set the path to my log files in the maintenance plan in the block of the cleanup history?

    Do I have to set this in SQL statements?

    Can't you add a "Maintenance Cleanup Task" and delete those files..?
