    In a transaction log file , how a checkpoint works, and it's process,plz clarify.

    Use the SQL Server manual - called SQL Server Books Online - and look at the topic "Checkpoints and the Active Portion of the Log". There's a wealth of information in BOL (common shorthand for Books Online).
