  how can I check for file in FTP server.

  File watcher event does not work for FTP and I am not able to connect to FTP via WMI.

  Even if there is a workaround please let me know.

  You must create a scheduled job that logs into the FTP site and checks to see if the file exists usining FTP directory commands.
