  Is there anyway to check if an existing SSRS instance is using an enterprise features?

  The enterprise features in use are not stored. You would need to basically audit the environment to determine if any of these features are in use:
  

• Custom branding
• Data driven report subscription
• Scale out deployment (Web farms)
• Alerting
• Power View
