Changing Login Names

    The windows admins changed the format of user logins(from name to a number). Is ther an easy way to sync up the current Sql Server logins.

    Not I am aware of it.

    You can create windows group, add new logins into the group and grant the group to access SQL Server. In this way, you really don't have grant each individuals to access SQL Server.
