Can you please guide me how to change @ExecutionTime parameter value in SSRS standard subscription and version is 2012?

If you are referring to the global variable in SSRS, that's the time the report starts to run so you wouldn't change that. If you want to change the format of that variable, the format is driven by the locale column in the subscriptions table. Or you can use the Format() function.

If you're taking about changing the SSRS timeout, open your Microsoft Reporting Services Configuration Manager and click on the "Report Manager URL". Click on the URL and then click on Site Settings. The Report Timeout is 1800 seconds by default (1/2 hour). You can specify a different period (3600 seconds for 1 hour) or you can select the "Do not timeout report" option.

So what do you really want to do?
Modify the subscription so it changes when the report is delivered? If so, see the "Schedule" section of this article:
