I am setting up SQL 2008 Auditing for PCI compliance (hopefully). I see in the Audit Destination dropdown the choices of "File", "Application Log" and "Security Log". My Windows admin has created another log in the event viewer called "SQL 2008 Log". Does anyone know if there is a way I can point my output to this new log? The purpose is so that the abundance of auditing output does not co-mingle with the server events.
Thank you!

As far as I know, you are limited to the application log or security log.
