Change maxsize for logfile in a DB via Properties window

  Hello,

  Which permission(s) needs to be set/changed in order for a user to View and Change the log file maxsize after a database has been created, in SQL2005? At present, once log/DB files are created the log files do not re-appear in the Properties --> Database files.
