hi my total experience is 2 years
1 years in ssrs
1 year in ssis-70% of work ,ssas-30% work
case1:
1.Now I am situation that in my company there are going to use sap universe,sap bi platform,webi .
case2:
When I applied to other companies they told me your total experience is 2 years its good but the skill wise
you worked only 1 year and we want guys who worked on these skill for minimum 2 years.
notes:
1.IF The company makes me to learn sap then my experience in the msbi field will again suffer.
2.I am guy who likes to learn new technology .
questions
1.what i have to do look for other msbi related job ?so my experience in related field will increase!
2.Learn sap a new technology.

SAP is still a major vendor and SAP people tend to get paid OK.
So it's not necessarily a bad idea to learn the BI products of SAP.
Besides, it is still possible that you have a mix of MS BI products and SAP products. For example, there are customers who still use SSIS for the ETL, but SAP tools for reporting.
Regarding the 2 years of experience: it's a matter of how you sell yourself.
Maybe you have only 1 year of experience with SSIS, but you used it a lot and very intensively, which might be worth more than a guy who worked with SSIS for 2 years but only did simple packages.
