Is Microsoft going to have certification exam for SQL Server 2008 R2 as well ???
I recently passed all exams on 2005 version and planning to upgrade them, but really confused.
Will they have seperate exams for 2008 and 2008 R2 ? Or upgrade path from 2008 to 2008 R2 ?
Thanks,
Pratima

Not likely to occur any time soon.
The big differences for the exams would really be in the BI arena. If you are looking to upgrade, I would just go to 2008 now and wait to see if there will be an R2 set in a year or so.
