Hi,
I am currently self studying for the 70-461 (Querying SQL Server), going through the Microsoft Training Kit, which includes a practice test. I have the Dev version of SQL 2012 installed on my PC.
Microsoft website suggests using MeasureUp and Transcender for practice exams.
Has anyone got any opinions as to which is better, or do you have any other suggestions for practicing the exam??
Any other helpful suggestions guides would be much appreciated.
Thanks very much.

I use Transcender purely because I bought a training package that gave me access to the practice tests for 180 days or something like that. I haven't actually taken an exam yet, but I don't love the Transcender format. It's clunky, the questions are badly phrased, the interface is not intuitive... I wouldn't spend my own money on it, put it that way.
That's just my opinion though. I'd be interested to see what others think.

I'm currently studying for it also. The http://academy.social27.com/joes2pros/Home
has somereally great videos and labs. They have a 461 course and its only $39 a month unlimited access.
I would also look at picking up this book http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Server-Fundamentals-Developer-Reference/dp/0735658145
This book really opened up my eyes on many things sql
