CDOSYS mail in SQL server

    Hi ,

    I have sql alerts which have to send error message to administrator via email.I want to use CDOSYS but not SQL mail.So I am running a job in response to the alert.But I want to pass error message to job so that it can send it in job step while calling CDOSYS.But I dont find a way to pass on the error message generated.I have picked from the latest message in errorlog by calling in SP_readerrorlog stored procedure.But that maynot be accurate.So Let me know if u have an idea how to send Alert error message using CDOSYS.
