I have a report with three cascading parameters and deployed to SharePoint 3.0. After selecting the first parameter a postback is automaticaly performed becasue the second parameter depends on the first. However, after the postback, the second parameter is still disabled. I must click the Apply button and cause another postback before the second parameter is populated. The same happens with the third parameter which is dependant on the second. The automatic postback doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Furthermore, After I select all the parameters (clicking apply after each) and the report displays, if I then go back and change the first parameter (which should invalidate the other parameters that are dependent on it), the automatic postback reloads the report with the original set of parameters. It also shows the original values in the dependent parameters and the new value in the first parameter. The displayed parameters are now not consitent with each other and are not consistent with the displayed report. This is VERY confusing annoying to users!
Please help!!!

Also, I can't make a subscription for a report with dependant parameters because the dependent parameters are disabled even after picking a value for the parent parameter. In the subscription area, there is no Apply button to get the parameter values to 'stick'. It does do the automatic postback but doesn't refresh dependant parameters. What can I do???

I have the same problem. Just read this:

Haven't installed the hotfix yet but will let you know once it's done and tested.
