  Hi All,

  In one of the interview I was asked about SQL Server builds.

  If a new customer comes to you and asks for SQL Server DB set up. What questions we need to ask and based upon the answer which type of setup you will build. Which version you will suggest, How much RAM, Processor, Harddisk etc...

  Lets suppose take, DB size might be around 200GB, 20users/logins, per sec 10 to 12 transactions. It's a OLTP box.

  I don't have experience in this, can you please provide your valuable inputs.
