I have a customer that runs sql 7.0 with som DTS-packages. They have been scheduled and have been running fine. Then they installed a SQL-server 2000 and now the DTS-packages can be run from EM, but not when they are scheduled in a job.
SQL 7.0 name is test
Sqlserver 2000 name is test\abcdefg
In EM, the sql 7.0 instance has changed from test to (local).
They are very desperate. Any ideas on how to solve this problem. The version of 7 is 7.00.1094.
Thx.

Can you check, who owns the jobs and what permissions does that account have in 2000 and 7.0? Although, in both cases the job runs under the context of the owning account; the type of accounts they default to when the owner is not part of sysadmin role is different.
