Hi,
In my db I can rename the sprocs etc but I can't rename the udf's.
I've looked thru permissions etc, and can't seem to find the answer. Is there something that makes a udf inherently differnt from a sproc when it comes to renaming?I doubt it, but i have to ask.
If not, does anyone have a checklist/ pointers?I've already given permissions on the udf for SELECT and DRI.
ta folks,

Cheers Jonathan,
That worked. Is it a bug in EM?, Surely I have the same permissions whether I do it thru EM or sp_rename ?I'd love to know.
btw, i'm on sql2k.
