Hi
Enviroment: SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise on Windows Server 2008 standard.
I'm having a problem connecting to SSRS (report manager) using a domain user from a client machine. The SSRS service is configured to use a specific domain account. The SPN has been registered successfully on the domain controller. On trying to connect using my domain account, I'm asked for credentials but although I'm specifying them, the logon popup keeps coming up being unable to connect! I've tried to narrow down the problem...
1) When the service is running as 'Network Service', I can log on successfully both locally and remotely using my domain account.
2) When the service is running as a domain account, I can log on locally but not remotely (using my domain account)
Thanks
Regards

1-Please check your domain user is having access permission.
2-Please Try this by using Mozilla FireFox Browser
I have also faced user Prompt user/pwd.Even After suppling credentials this will not open report manager. That probably due to IE Option Security settings.
When i have tried this with Mozilla firefox i got sucessed !
Good Luck !
