Hi, I'm an SSAS noob trying to work my way through a book, and in the lesson about deploying a sample cube, it says to open "Adventure Works DW 2008.dwproj" in the folder "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Samples\AdventureWorks 2008 Analysis Services Project\standard", but my problem is that once I get to the Samples folder, it's empty except for an htm file linking me to the codeplex website.
I don't know where to find the files I need on codeplex - can anyone help me out? I've already set up both the AdventureWorks2008R2 and the AdventureWorksDW2008R2 databases. Thanks!

I think a little Bing or Google work could have found this for you.
Try looking at:

Download & follow the installation instructions.

I should have added that I already tried that (that was the site the htm file linked to). I've already downloaded & attached the AdventureWorksDW2008R2 database, but the download doesn't include the sample cube.
Or did I miss something and it's right under my nose?

It looks like MS has moved/removed the 2008 .msi installer as near as I can tell. All of the historical links I found showed a redirect message that the file has been moved and then a blank page. ( http://msftdbprodsamples.codeplex.com/releases/view/34032 )
Sorry, I wasn't aware of this change when I posted my first reply.
