I moved a database to a new server but for some reason, the replication tags were still intact. I drpooed replication and if I look at the table properties, replication is not FALSE but when I try to alter the table, SQL still comes back and say tht the table is being published for replication.
I'm sort of in a bind so I'd appreciate help. THanks.

Sorry about that contradicting post. I was sort of in a migration bind. I installed SQL Server on a new machine and restored a database that was being replicated via SNAPSHOT to another machine prior to this. When I moving some of the tables to other filegroups defined in the DAS, I was told by SQL that the table that I was altering was being replicated. I was surprised since this was a new SQL install. Admittedly, I do not have very much experience with replication and this did not present itself when I was testing in a HyperV environ.
Anyway, even if replication has been disabled, I still get the same message -- the table cannot be altered because it is replicated. I looked a configurations and did not see a switch that could be set there.
As I had mentioned, the current table properties state that replication = FALSE.
Is there something that I can configure that can turn this off so I can alter the table?
Thanks again and sorry about that original post that was put in out of haste.
