Cannot View the Report Home Page Using Name or IP Address

  Hi,

  We have SQL RS on a testing server that has been working fine. Today when I viewed the reports' home page from my pc using http://Servername/reports I got message Directory Listing Denied. If I use http://Servername/reports/home.aspx I got message Server Error in '/' Application. as attached. Same problem when I view on the report server. However on the report server if I used localhost or 127.0.0.1 in the URL then I am able to view the reports.

  What is the problem here?

  What are the settings for the web site in IIS? Has the server been rebooted and Reporting Services not restarted?
