  Maybe I didnt explain my post right When I am logged into an app that conects to SQL, Ishould be able to click on a link whch executes Internet Explorer and the associated database info. Instead, I recieve an error: "unable to open http://servername/scripts/idi/distsumsetdirect.idc?Acctnum=XXXXX. Cannot download the information you requested". Does anyone know how to fix this?

  I believe it is a security issue. You may not have authority to read the idc file or access the database. Here is a link. May it help.
