hi everyone
this problem make ma hopeless
i read all solutions but it didn't work
the details is

The login is not mapped to a user with rights in the hospital database. This has been set as the default database for the login, but without rights in the database, the login cannot access the db.

You need to grant rights in a database for the login. I don't know what rights are needed.

You can run this to create the user:

CREATE USER Bob FOR LOGIN BOB

If the login is Bob. However that doesn't grant rights to tables or objects. What I suggest is create a role in the database. Then add the user to this role.

CREATE ROLE Users

go

ALTER ROLE Users ADD_MEMBER Bob

Now you grant rights to this role. You can use these commands to grant rights to the objects for the role above.:

GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE ON MyTable To Users

GRANT EXECUTE ON MyStoredProcedure to USers

If you need to grant to a lot of objects, the same persmissions, search scripts on this site to get one that will grant a certain class of rights, like SELECT, to all tables or other objects.
