Hi,
I've just checked this error in google and found the following response on a site to the error message you are getting.
Seems like xpstar.dll is being deleted from the server for some reason.
xpstar.dll is used by some of the extended stored procedures.
If and when this happens again, can you check if xpstar.dll exists on your
SQL Server, if it is not, why it was removed?
Hope it helps
Carl

I have a similar problem actually I already have copied the file from other SQL server to the binn folder and registered with the regsvr32.exe application but the problem persists.
I have tried to look for the solution on Internet but there is not answer for this problem!
Does anyone know how can I solve it?
