Can we have the ability to update a script

  It would be nice in the scripts section if the script / description could be updated. In this way, we would have one location to be able to point people to for the latest script for something like, say, the DelimitedSplit8K function by Jeff. Or the latest tally-table generator. Or the million-row test generator. Etc.

  As it is now, we have to store the latest forum posting for that script, and keep an eye out for if it changes, to update it's current location.
