Can we Disable/Restrict SSRS Export format list per Report?

    Just wondering how can we restrict some reports Export format list?

    By default there are 6 possible Export formats but I would like to keep let say only 2

    (Excel and CSV) and only for some reports (not for the whole Report server).

    I have gut feeling that this is rather server option, i.e. can not do this per report.

    Hi,

    Yes...it is a server option, so if you exclude some of the rendering options it would be restricted for all reports.

    To exclude options from the export list, edit the rsreportserver.config file. You will find a <Render> element which contains all the options, and by commenting the relevant lines out you will effectively disable those options.
