Hi all ,
Can we connect the two sql server management studio in lan using client (like oracle client).
in oracle there are client to connect or DBlink to connect database.

The answer to the question asked is NO - Sql Server Management Studio is just a tool - not a database and has no way to be connected to or from another instance of the software running.
Now if you are talking about connecting a SQL Server instance to another then yes that is possible. If this is indeed what you were asking about then search the net for "linked server" and you will find plenty of info on the subject.

Sorry, but this is difficult to understand.
You want to connect to two instances of SSMS from some other client app? Can you explain why you would want to do this?

Perhapsyyou mean can you use SSMS to connect to 2 (or more) servers at the same time? If so, then yes.
Like Phil said, however , this question is difficult to understand. like other have mentioned, for example, you don't connect to SSMS. You use SSMS to connect to SQL Server; SSMS is just an application.
