Can we change licensing mode in Sqlserver 2000 ??

Hi,
Is there anyway to change the licensing mode from CAL to processor or vice versa after installing SQL Server?. I know to change this from registry option but want to know any method which is a supported one. please let me if anyone has correct information.

Removing and then reinstalling SQL Server is the supported method. I'd hack the registry.

Have you tried the licesing manager in Control Panel? Meybe you can change there. I know you can add licenses there, but never tried to change licensing mode. I think it's possible too.
