I am looking for a recommendation of books or websites that explain the concepts of DTS...I have worked a lot with writing views, sp and functions and would like to try for an internal position working solely with SQL...the problem...
I don't have very much experience with DTS and right now I am a boat without a rudder looking for anything to get me started on learning it. I have browsed amazon for books but they seem to have mixed reviews...
I am looking for something that explains the functionality in a step by step process....so I can gain some idea as to how to utilize DTS's
Any help would be appreciated...

Look at their book list
The professional Sql server DTS by Wrox is OK but I wouldn't pay full wack for it as it is a little dated now.
If you have the money to spend then try MS SQL Server 2000 Data Transformation Services (DTS)

Thanks for the link....I will start there...
So that second book you recommended is it for beginners ? At the moment I am not that skilled but want to learn...I will probably give it a try
Thanks again,
Leeland
