i have tried various tools, (ie: Redgate, NetApp, Backup Exec etc), thought these tools do have some advantages with compressions, speed etc. After SQL 2008 R2 release, i am more inline with using native sql backups.

We use Handy Backup Server, it's a reliable software for SQL backup.
