How ever, I'm getting stock at this step:
2.In the Toolbox, expand Control Flow Items, and drag a Data Flow Task onto the design surfaceof the Control Flow tab.
I can NOT find Control Flow Items in the tool box.
Help Please ?

You need to switch to the control flow view. Chances are you are in the data flow view which is one level below control flow (control can call and control multiple data flows).
Right below the package tab, you should have a toolbar that says something like
Control Flow | Data Flow | Event Handlers | Package Explorer
Click on that first option

Did you do step 1:
1.Click the Control Flow tab.
Otherwise, you won't see the control flow items as Matt already suggested.
Need an answer? No, you need a question

Hi!
I'm having the same problem when using SQL Server 2008. (Sorry, I'm still looking for prior threads on this topic in the 2008 forum.)
I'm trying to create a new package and up to the part where I have clicked on the Control Flow tab. In my Toolbox, I only see Maintenance Plan Tasks and General. There is nothing under General. When I right-click and Show All, many other menus appear, all with options shaded and unavailable, but the control flow tasks do not appear.
When I right-click in there and select Choose Items, I do see the SSIS Control Flow Items tab. They are all unchecked. When I check them all and click Ok, they now all appear in the Toolbox under General.
Why doesn't my Control Flow menu appear in the Toolbox?
Thanks,
Rob
