i have a table which is around 100gb and it has already got one clusterd index 3 non-clustered indexes and noe i am trying to create non clustered index it gives the error like below

Msg 701, Level 17, State 123, Line 3
There is insufficient system memory in resource pool 'default' to run this query
Pls help me urgently i have tried in all the ways
1. have increased the memory
2. have increased the file sizes
3. but i cannot create it using SORT_IN_temp option
pls help i have been trying this since many weeks and failing every time
