Can I export SSIS Package Created on Development Server to SQL Express 2008

    If I create an SSIS Package on 2008 SQL Server Developer can I export that package to SQL Server 2008 Express Edition and Execute it?

    No because you need the SSIS runtime to execute the packages so a package created in the developer edition can only run in the Enterprise edition in production.
