    I have to extract data from multiple excel files on daily basis. can i create one linkserver for multiple excel files from network folder. Please advise.

    I could be wrong but I don't think you can use a single Linked Server to pull from multiple Excel files. My 2 cents, An SSIS package would be way more efficient than Linked Server to achieve this IMHO.
