  • you forgot to put your question in context....ie a link to the original problem you are quoting against....

     

    you're bitching about something....but not giving the full info so that the rest of us can comment....(usefully)

  • Let's give that the questions were weighted evenly.  9 out of 15 is only 60%, Therefore a failure is a failure no matter how you look at it.  Maybe the program defaults to 0% in case of a failure.
