Hi There,
I have worked on Peoplesoft as a developer for more than 10 years, now since peoplesoft is phasing out slowly, I am thinking about changing my career to become a data analyst. I like doing analysis. But it looks like that the employers want people with data analysis experience in a certain area (financial or healthcare). It is hard for me to get into that area, so could someone please give me a clue of how to become a data analyst?
Thanks!
