Can a database come to single user mode itself?

  • Hi,

During a change in dr activity, i had restored the transaction log after bringinng the db into single user mode and then i brought all the db online and ran a script to sync all the users on the db.

It was ok by that time, but when i logged in back, i found the same dbs in single user mode. Id it possible, it can happen? Did i do any mistake that dbs are coming back in single user mode??

    Any idea??

  • Did you set it to multi-user after syncing the logins and users?

SQL won't just set a DB to single-user, Someone would have had to run a command to do so.
