Open the cube in the cube editor. Right click on the Calculated Member folder in the object list. This will put you in the Calculated Member Builder.
From here, you could use books on line to tour MDX expressions or, for a faster learning curve, look for an MDX class.

Analysis services have a useful tuturial that works with foodmart2000 that will teach you the basics of creating calculated members
