please tell me this isn't true, for every database restore, the whole of proc cache is flushed?
I have a log shipping pair set up as active\active, i.e. some databases are live on one server and ship to the other , some databases are live on the other server shipping back the other way. For every log restore I see these cache flush messages.
So is my proc cache constantly getting flushed for every log restore? If so why was it designed like that?

I had the same problem. I eventually linked it back to 'linked sql servers'. Don't know why it would cause this. They were not important to me so I removed the connections and the problems went away. Hope this helps
