I've heard of a product called ClickYes but haven't tried it myself. Pricing starts at $39 but there is a 30-day trial version, take at look at:

I've used ClickYes for this - but I dont like it as a solution - as it bypasses the entire reason that the Pop up is there for! To stop an application taking over your email!

I use Click-Yes and it has never required payment ... works great!

The difference is that the free version just sits in the background & automatically clicks the Yes button for you.
The paid version actuallly has hooks into Outlook that allow you to customize when & how it allows oher programs to send email.
