My Backup Job is getting some times in day with following error
Executing query "DECLARE @GUID UNIQUEIDENTIFIER EXECUTE msdb..sp".: 100% complete End Progress Error: 2012-03-19 18:41:22.72 Code: 0xC0024104 Source: Back Up Database Task Description: The Execute method on the task returned error code 0x80131501 (An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch.). The Execute method must succeed, and indicate the result using an "out" parameter. End Error DTExec: The package execution returned DTSER_FAILURE (1). Started: 6:30:00 PM Finished: 6:41:22 PM Elapsed: 682.813 seconds. The package execution failed. The step failed.
Why it is getting failed on 6.30PM

Hi ,
Are you using any third party tools to take backup?
if so,just unselect the databases from the maiantenance plan and save it.
Again select the databases what you unselected earlier and save it.
if you try to execute it,it will complete succesfully.
