Building Data Import jobs

  I'm an old hand at DTS but I'm stumped with SSIS.

  I'm trying to create a simple data import job.  In DTS, I could use the wizard to create the DTS package which I could then schedule as a job.  When I try to do the same in SSIS and try to save the data import task, I can never find the package?

  What am I missing?  Can anyone reccomend a quick reference book on SSIS?

  You're right, it is a bit of a hide-n-seek challenge...

  start -> programs -> SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio

  File -> Recent Projects

  - or -

  File -> Recent Files
