Breakpoints in Stored Procedures SQLSERVER 2000

    When i want to debug the stored procedure in SQLServer2000 query analyzer

    without using any frontend application the stepInto button remains disabled so

    it executes sp rather than debug.

    Exec sp_sdidebug 'legacy_on' is not working.

    Check that you have enough permission to run the debugger and in my case I applied the SP4 and it worked.

    Also, I think the server must run under a domain account.

    Thanx Minaz & steve for ur replies.I have checked permissions and

    yes server is running under a domain account.I m downloading

    SP4 and will let u know minaz
