Can anyone recommend a good SSAS book? I'm looking for the following;
- Exclusively SSAS coverage(not BI stack).
- Examples utilize Adventureworks DW
- SQL 2008 or 2012

Tabular and/or multidimensional?
This book covers tabular well:
Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services: The BISM Tabular Model
It's not easy though and I think they use their own code examples.
From the same authors:
Expert Cube Development with SSAS Multidimensional Models
Again, not sure which examples they use.
