Wrox has some good books. For sql 2005 there is a book for every part of it. db engine, SSIS, reporting services, etc.

Is there any release from Microsoft Press which covers the entire SQL 2005??

I think that you can't go far wrong with the Inside SQL Server 2005 series, Kalen Delaney wrote the one for SQL 2000, the 2005 version consists of 5 books because there's a little bit more to cover

The good book about 2005 which I like and highly recommend is Pro SQL Server 2005, by Thomas Rizzo, Apress.
