Our company has been using Sybase for quite some and we are looking to switch to SQL Server. i have been looking online for master master replication and it's been hard to find any recent examples of this for SQL Server. Is SQL server replication piece "easy" to set up? Is there another production that might better for Master-Master replication like MySQL?

The closest thing is Merge Replication. I've never used it, so I can't tell you much more.

Replication in SQL Server just doesn't provide that kind of functionality. It's entirely a one-way operation. However, have you looked into high availability features?
