Best way to track Table Level Design Changes

    I'm tweaking our datamodel on one of my development sites and I'm making changes to certain columns in many tables across the db. What is the best way to flag these so I can let my team know what changes I have made so I can replicate this on other db with the exact data model schema? Any tools out of the box for 2008R2 that I'm missing?

    Visual Studio 2010 & SSDT Database Compare makes this very easy - if you're using it.
