I am working on getting my MCSA, and have just finished and passed my 70-461 Exam. Beyond the basic book Training Kit (Exam 70-461) Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (MCSA) (Microsoft Press Training Kit), I found and was directed to 2 other books (Microsoft SQL Server 2012 T-SQL Fundamentals & Microsoft SQL Server2012 High-Performance T-SQL Using Window Functions).
Now that I'm looking to move onto the next 2 exams, I can not find mention of any other books beyond the basic Training Kit (Exam 70-462) Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Databases (MCSA) (Microsoft Press Training Kit) and Training Kit (Exam 70-463) Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (MCSA) (Microsoft Press Training Kit). I can not believe that these two important areas only have these two books as training resources for study.
I would like to hear what are the best books & resources for learning - (NOT JUST LEARNING the exam) - but learning the subject for the exams. I know there are lots of stuff that focuses on just passing the exams, but what I want is to understand the subjects that the exams are covering.

This is a partial answer, but if you want to learn data warehousing and understand what you're doing, read Ralph Kimball's Data Warehouse Toolkit, and read Adamson's Star Schema: Complete Reference. Start with the Kimball book, then the Star Schema book.

Ok, so ... so far:
EXAM 70-462
- Training Kit (Exam 70-462) Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Databases (MCSA) (Microsoft Press Training Kit)
EXAM 70-463
- Training Kit (Exam 70-463) Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (MCSA) (Microsoft Press Training Kit)
- The Data Warehouse Toolkit: The Definitive Guide to Dimensional Modeling 3rd Edition
- Star Schema The Complete Reference 1st Edition
The comments I've read seem to say that the Training Kit (Exam 70-463) Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (MCSA) (Microsoft Press Training Kit) book has "problems" when it comes to SSIS. Any suggestions to help out there? Any good books/resources for SSIS?
